Privacy Policy
The short version: we use your information to reply to you and to do the work you hire us for. We don't sell it.
This policy covers raystoneautomations.com and the ways you can reach Raystone Automations, LLC ("Raystone", "we", "us") through it: the contact form, our phone line, the Talk to Ray voice assistant, booking a call, and text messages. Raystone is based in Nashville, Tennessee.
What we collect
- What you send us. When you use the contact form we receive your name, email, phone number, business name, what you want help with, and anything you write in the message box.
- Booking details. When you book a call, our scheduling provider (Calendly) collects the details you enter there and shares them with us so we can hold the meeting.
- Calls. If you start a voice call with Ray on this site, your browser asks for microphone access first. Calls with Ray are handled by our voice AI provider and are recorded. Calls to (615) 798-0126 may also be answered by our AI assistant and recorded.
- Basic technical data. Like most websites, our server logs your IP address, browser type, the pages you visit, and simple actions such as clicking a call button. We use this to keep the site running, stop spam, and see what's working.
- Campaign details. If you arrive from an ad or a link with tracking tags, your browser keeps those tags for the visit and sends them with the contact form, so we know how you found us. Nothing personal is stored in your browser.
This site doesn't set cookies of its own. The booking calendar and the voice call come from third parties that may use their own cookies or similar tools when you use them.
How we use it
- To answer your message, return your call, and schedule your free audit.
- To plan, build, and support the systems you hire us for.
- To keep the site secure and filter out spam and abuse.
- To understand which pages help people and improve them.
Who we share it with
We don't sell or rent your personal information, and we don't share it with anyone for their own marketing. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the business, such as website hosting, scheduling, phone and voice AI, email, and our customer records, and only as much as they need to do that job. We may also share information if the law requires it or to protect our rights and safety.
Text messages
We only text you if you ask us to or agree to receive texts from us. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry and customer information for as long as we need it to work with you, and longer only when the law requires it. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email admin@raystoneautomations.com or call (615) 798-0126, and we'll handle it.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted connections on this site. No method of sending or storing data is perfectly secure, so we can't promise absolute security.
Children
This site is for business owners and isn't directed to children under 13. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here and update the date at the top.
