Book a call with Kolton

It's a free AI audit. You and Kolton spend about an hour on Zoom looking at where your business loses time and money, and you keep the written audit whether you hire us or not.

What happens on the call

You and Kolton get on Zoom for about an hour. He'll ask what happens in your business after somebody calls for a quote, and where that job tends to get stuck. Then he puts numbers on it, starting with the leak that's costing you the most.

Ask him anything along the way. He'll explain things in plain English, and he isn't going to pressure you to buy. If somebody else runs your office or your schedule, bring them along.

…What I appreciate most is that Kolton took the time to understand our company, our processes, and the specific challenges we wanted to solve, rather than offering a one-size-fits-all solution.

Before the call

Before the call, we'll send you a short questionnaire about your industry. It asks things like how calls come in, how jobs get booked, and what software you're on. With the basics out of the way, the hour on Zoom can go to whatever is slowing your office down.

What you keep

The written audit puts numbers on the hours a week you could get back, the money you're losing now, and the new revenue the right automation could bring in. It also says where we'd start, and if something in your business already works fine, it says that too.

Not ready to book?

Send us a message about what's slowing the business down. We'll get back to you by email or phone.

Audit questions

Is the audit really free?

Yes. Neither the call nor the written audit costs anything, and you keep the audit whether you hire us or not. We only take on owners who are serious about growing, though.

How long is the audit, and where does it happen?

About an hour, on Zoom. You can join from wherever you are, and the link is in your confirmation email.

Who will I talk to?

Kolton Stooksbury. He started Raystone Automations, and he's the one who would build your system if you hire us.

Do I need to prepare anything?

Just fill out the short questionnaire we send before the call. Past that, it helps to think about where your week goes, like calls you miss while you're out on a job, or paperwork that waits until Sunday.

What do I get?

A written audit of how your business runs right now and where it loses time and money. It puts numbers on the biggest leaks and says which one we'd go after first.

What happens after the audit?

If you want us to build it, we'll quote a package based on what the audit turned up. Every package is a 12-month partnership, and it covers the build plus the ongoing work after launch. A focused system usually takes two to four weeks, and a full system with several connections takes four to eight. If you'd rather wait, that's fine.

What kinds of businesses is the audit for?

Service businesses that run on appointments and follow-up. Right now our clients are in plumbing, pest control, landscaping and contracting, painting and remodeling, mobile auto repair, and vacation rentals, plus one wellness practice. If your business works a lot like theirs, the same kind of setup usually fits.
